About Us:

The Glow Lab Skin Clinic is a results-based, skin-focused salon known for delivering high-end experiences in a calm, welcoming, and supportive environment. We combine holistic skin health principles with advanced treatment technology and top-tier professional products.

The Role:

As a Beauty & Skin Therapist, you will:

• Perform customised facials, skin treatments (LED, peels, skin needling, etc.)

• Conduct advanced skin consultations with confidence and knowledge

• Deliver brow/lash treatments and other high-end beauty services as required

• Provide full body and pregnancy massage treatments

• Build loyal client relationships and support them through treatment journeys

• Work collaboratively in a warm, professional team environment

• Maintain exceptional hygiene, presentation, and client care standards

 

 

You’ll Need:

• A minimum of 3+ years industry experience

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Advanced Skin qualifications

• A deep understanding of skin science, products, and treatment planning

• Experience with advanced modalities such as skin needling, chemical peels, LED therapy, or similar

• A caring and professional client approach with great communication skills

• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and high personal standards

• Confidence in recommending and retailing professional skincare
