BOOKING POLICY

​

When committing to an appointment at The Glow Lab, we hold that time for you in good faith and trust that you have also held that time for us.

Along with an initial confirmation email sent at the time of booking, an SMS courtesy reminder will be sent prior to your scheduled appointment. 

When making an appointment with us, please note that you are agreeing to our booking and cancellation policies.

CANCELLATION POLICY

​

As we do our very best to help you keep your scheduled appointment,

please note that we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment in order for us to contact those on our waitlist and fill that time. Cancelling within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in 50% of the appointment value being fortfeited.

NO SHOWS

​

Failure to show up to a scheduled appointment will result in 100% of the appointment value being fortfeited.

This will be invoiced via SMS or email, along with details of payment.

No shows are always recorded on the client file.

In the instance of 2 or more no shows, booking privileges will be removed.

SHIPPING POLICY

The Glow Lab uses Australia Post to deliver our products. For local deliveries within Wagga Wagga and surrounds, we deliver to your doorstep where possible. Standard delivery takes 3-5 days within Australia.

Orders under $150: $10 within Australia

Orders over $150: Free Shipping within Australia

Express Shipping is available for $15 within Australia

We can also arrange for International Shipping to countries outside of Australia. Please email us at: theglowlab@outlook.com to arrange this.

RETURNS POLICY
 

​We do not offer returns for change of mind purchases, but will happily exchange your product providing it is unopened and unused. Please choose your products carefully. We are here to help if you need advice prior to purchasing. Skin consultations with our therapists can be booked online.

PAYMENT METHODS
 

We accept you can pay for online shopping with a variety of debit and credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX). To purchase goods online using a Glow Lab Gift Voucher that has been originally bought in-salon, please email us to arrange your order.
 

 

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers can be redeemed on in-salon services and products.

If you wish to purchase a gift voucher, please head to the Gift Voucher tab on our page to purchase a digital e-voucher which will be emailed to you. If you would like a physical gift voucher, please visit us in salon or email us to arrange this.

VOUCHER POLICY

​

Gift vouchers are valid for three (3) years from date of issue.  

Gift vouchers must be redeemed within the validity period and must be surrendered in store upon redemption.

Expired gift vouchers are not redeemable and

gift voucher amounts will not be refunded or credited if expired.

Gift vouchers can not be redeemed for cash and cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers. If purchase amount exceeds the voucher amount, the balance must be paid by other available payment options.

The Glow Lab does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers.
