BOOKING POLICY

When committing to an appointment at The Glow Lab, we hold that time for you in good faith and trust that you have also held that time for us.

Along with an initial confirmation email sent at the time of booking, an SMS courtesy reminder will be sent prior to your scheduled appointment. 

Please note that upon booking, you are agreeing to our booking & cancellation policies.

CANCELLATION POLICY

​

As we do our very best to help you keep your scheduled appointment,

please note that we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment in order for us to contact those on our waitlist and fill that time. Cancelling within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in 50% of the appointment value being fortfeited.

NO SHOWS

​

Failure to show up to a scheduled appointment will result in 100% of the appointment value being forfeited. This will be invoiced via SMS or email, along with details of payment. No-show occurrences are recorded on file.

In the instance of 2 or more no shows, booking privileges will be removed permanently, or unless outstanding no-show invoices are paid.

SHIPPING POLICY

All online orders are shipped with Australia Post.

Please note standard delivery takes 3-5 days.

Orders under $150: incur a $10 shipping fee within Australia.

Orders over $150: FREE shipping within Australia.

Express shipping is available for $15 within Australia.

We do not ship internationally.

RETURNS POLICY
 

​We do not offer returns for change of mind purchases, however will happily exchange your product providing it is unopened and unused. Please choose your products carefully. We are here to help if you need advice prior to purchasing. Skin consultations with our therapists can be booked online.

PAYMENT METHODS
 

We accept a variety of debit and credit cards (VISA, Mastercard).

To purchase goods online using a Glow Lab Gift Voucher that has been originally bought in-salon, please email us to arrange your order.

We do not accept American Express.
 

 

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers can be redeemed on in-salon services and products.

If you wish to purchase a gift voucher, please head to the Gift Voucher tab on our website to purchase an e-voucher, which will be emailed to the recipient.

VOUCHER POLICY

​

Gift vouchers are valid for three (3) years from date of issue.  

Gift vouchers must be redeemed within the validity period and must be surrendered in store upon redemption.

Expired gift vouchers are not redeemable and gift voucher amounts will not be refunded or credited if expired. 

Gift vouchers can not be redeemed for cash and cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers. If purchase amount exceeds the voucher amount, the balance must be paid by other available payment options.

The Glow Lab does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers.
